摘要
目的:观察针灸联合康复综合疗法应用于膝骨性关节炎治疗中的疗效。方法:选取膝骨性关节炎患者68例作为本研究观察对象,将其均分为对照、研究组;对照组给予常规西医药物治疗,研究组应用针灸联合新型康复综合疗法进行治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程;治疗1个疗程后评估两组患者临床疗效,并观察患膝的疼痛程度、关节功能及疗效评分,治疗两个疗程后评估两组患者的生活质量。结果:研究组临床治愈率为50%,总有效率为85.29%;对照组临床治愈率为8.82%,总有效率为61.76%;研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛程度、患膝关节功能、疗效评分及生活质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸联合新型康复综合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,能够缓解或解除相关临床症状,显著改善患者的生活质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with new rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.Methods:In the study 68 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected,the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group;the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,study group in the new joint rehabilitation therapy control group therapy based on the treatment.The two groups were 4 weeks for a course of treatment;to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups after a course of treatment,pain score,joint function and curative effect and observation of the knee,two groups were assessed after two courses of treatment,quality of life.Results:The clinical cure rate of the study group was 50%,the total effective rate was 85.29%,the clinical cure rate of the control group was 8.82%,the total effective rate was 61.76%,the clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study group was significantly better than the control group in the degree of pain,knee joint function,efficacy score and quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy has definite effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,can alleviate or relieve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients with significant promotion related experience of the study of conservative treatment in this disease in.
