气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)测定复合食品包装袋中的二氨基甲苯 被引量:2

Determination of Diaminotoluene in Composite Food Packaging Bag by GC-MS/MS Instrument

摘要 本文采用气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)测定复合食品包装袋中的二氨基甲苯。样品经4%乙酸浸泡处理后,用二氯甲烷做溶剂进行液-液萃取,将浓缩的样品在GC-MS/MS多重反应监测(MRM)模式下定量分析。在最佳条件下,二氨基甲苯稳定且峰形良好,在0.04-2 mg/L范围内,工作曲线相关系数在0.996以上,加标回收率为82.4—88.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0-7.4%,检出限(以信噪比S/N=3计)和定量限(以信噪比S/N=10计)分别为2 ug/L和6 ug/L。与现有报道的方法相比,该方法前处理方式简单、回收率高、检出限低、抗干扰性强、检测结果准确可靠,适用于复合食品包装袋中的二氨基甲苯分析检测。 The concentration of diaminotoluene in composite food packaging bag was researched by GC-MS/MS.After treated by 4%ethylic acid,the soak solution was extracted with dichloromethane,and the concentrated sample was measured by GCMS/MS instrument under MRM method.Under the optimum condition,the peak of diaminotoluene was stable and shape.And the correlation coefficient of working curve was above 0.996 in the range between 0.04-2 mg/L.Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 82.4-88.4%with RSDs(n=6)between 2.0-7.4%.And values of determination and quantitation limits were 2 and 6μg/L respectively.Compared with the methods reported in previous literatures,this method had the advantages of simple pretreatment,high recovery,more sensitive and strong anti-jamming,which was appropriate for the determination of diaminotoluene in composite food packaging bag.
