摘要 在固体物理教学中结合具有可视化界面的Material Studio软件,进行固体物理教与学的演示研究,基于CASTEP模块中可视化操作建模后以物理图像的形式将抽象的固体物理概念具象化地教,让学生通过计算模块学习自己动手计算分析直观的物理图像深刻体会其物理内涵.在教与学的过程中,结合Materials Studio计算模拟的结果研究表明能将相关的固体物理知识可视化即建立清晰的物理图像,使学生更透彻地理解从而达到预期教学效果. Based on the simulation analysis of the first principle simulation software Material Studio(MS)among specific problems,the computer numerical simulation technology is carried out to assist the teaching as well as easily solve the intricacy problems where the theoretical derivation is complicated in the teaching of solid physics in the way of visualization and data.In the course of teaching,combining the results of Materials Studio simulation shows that the related solid physical knowledge can be visualized,that is,to create a clear physical image,so that the students can understand the expected teaching effect more thoroughly.Moreover,numerical simulation supplemented teaching allows students a degree of insight into solid physics and lays the foundation for further study.
