摘要
目的:观察针灸联合中药外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤的疗效。方法:随机选取我校2016年5月-2017年5月收治的68例急性踝关节扭伤患者为本次实验研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组34例患者给予云南白药酊治疗,实验组34例患者给予针灸联合中药外敷治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:同一时间段实验组患者症状总积分明显低于对照组,两组患者治疗7天后实验组患者疾病治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,实验组患者踝关节主动活动度(AROM)、踝关节被动活动度(PROM)明显优于对照组,两组患者各项数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性踝关节扭伤患者给予针灸联合中药外敷治疗可有效缓解个体踝关节疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍等症状。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture with external application of TCM medicine on acute ankle sprain.Methods:68 patients were equally divided into experimental group and control group.34 patients in the control group were treated with Yunnan Baiyao(云南白药酊),and 34 patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture and external application of TCM medicine.Results:At the same time period,the total score of symptoms in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group.After 7 days,the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.The patients in the experimental group had active joint activity(AROM)and fistula.Passive joint mobility was significantly better than the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with external application of TCM medicine was effective on acute ankle sprain,can effectively improve ankle pain,swelling,and dysfunction.
