老年医学科应用PBL联合CBL教学模式进行全科医师规范化培训的思考 被引量:18

摘要 全科医师规范化培训是医学生在高等医学院校的本科教育后接受的全科医学专科培训,是全科医学教育体系的核心,也是全科医师培养的关键环节。老年医学与全科医学在"以人为中心""以健康为中心""连续性的医疗服务"理念上有许多共同之处。老年医学科作为临床专科培训的补充,应用PBL联合CBL教学模式进行教学改革,教学中专注全科医疗常见问题、涵盖全程健康管理、进行临床综合素质的培训,有利于全科医学思维能力的培养,有利于更具持续发展活力的全科医学人才的培养。 The standardized residency training of general practitioners is the specialty training of general medicine for medical students after graduating from medical colleges and universities.It is the core of general medicine education system,also the key part of general practitioner training.Geriatrics and general medicine share a lot of common concepts in people-centered,health-centered and continuous medical services.Geriatrics department is a supplement to the clinical specialty training.Teaching reform by applying Problem Based Learning(PBL)combined with Case Based Learning(CBL)teaching mode focused on common medical problems,covered the fullcourse health management,and trained for clinical comprehensive abilities.All of these were beneficial for thinking training of general medicine and cultivating more general practitioners with sustainable development vitality.
