摘要
能力本位教育是从教育的能力本位价值观出发,重在培养学生的实践能力、创新精神,提高学生在未来职业发展中的社会适应能力。针对物流学课程传统的学科本位教学中存在的问题,基于能力本位教学理念,对课程进行改革,并实施于教学中,最终实现从学科本位向能力本位的转变。
Competence standard education is based on the values of competency-based education,focusing on cultivating students'practical ability and innovative spirit,and improving students'social adaptability in future career development.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional subject-based teaching of logistics course,this paper,based on the concept of ability-based teaching,carries out the reform of the course and implements it in teaching,and finally realizes the transformation from subject-based to ability-based teaching.
