摘要
从现代医学教学考核评估的要求出发,介绍了临床医学在线考试与教学辅助系统的概况,探讨了网络考试系统的研究与设计;介绍了网络考试系统在临床教学管理中的应用、网络考试系统的主要功能、系统实现的必要性。该系统的设计实现了随机出题、在线考试、在线自测、故障恢复、随机试题、题库智能分析等功能,具有自动化、可靠性、公正性、保密性、高效性及智能分析等特点,较好地满足了医学网络考试的要求。本系统的使用将为组织者和考生提供极大的便利,并大大提高相关部门的管理效率和服务质量。临床教学管理人员利用该系统进行相应学习和训练,可以快速提高他们的理论水平和临床操作技能。
Based on the requirement of modern medical education evaluation,the article introduces the medical online test&instruction-aiding system;discusses the research and design of the network examination system;This paper introduces the application of network examination system in clinical teaching management,the main function of network examination system and the necessity of system realization.Random questioning,online examination,online self test,failure recovery and question database analysis were realized,The network-based medical examination system,being automatic,reliable,impartial,classified and efficient,can meet the requirements of network-based medical examination system.The use of the system would provide candidates and organizers of the great convenience and greatly enhance the efficiency of the management of relevant departments and the service quality.Clinical teaching administrators can quickly improve their theoretical level and clinical operation skills by using relevant systems for corresponding learning and training.
