摘要
顶岗支教实习拓展了高校的功能,提高了师范生的综合素质,促进了农村基础教育的发展,实现了教师教育发展一体化。作为师范教育的重要一环,该活动的开展涉及到包括政府、高校、实习学校和师范生在内的多个利益主体。通过构建多方利益主体间的诉求和博弈模型,探究师范生顶岗支教实习存在的问题及原因,从而试图为其提供对策与建议。
The teaching-training for normal students expands the functions of colleges and universities,improves the overall quality of normal students,promotes the development of rural basic education,and realizes the integration of teacher education.As an important part of teacher education,this activity involves a number of stakeholders including government,universities,internship units and students.Through constructing the game model among multi-stakeholders,the article explores the problems and causes of the teaching-training for normal students,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions.
