摘要
通过分析医院志愿服务面临的原生差异、认知差异和需求差异等困境,思考加强和改进医务社会工作和志愿服务的途径。根据重庆医科大学附属永川医院开展医务社会工作和志愿服务情况,总结实践经验,从培养医务工作者志愿服务精神入手,拓宽志愿者招募渠道,创新医务社会工作和志愿服务项目,强化志愿者培训、管理及考核力度,进一步提升医院志愿服务水平,切实增强患者获得感和满意度,同时对相关医疗机构志愿服务长效机制建设提供帮助和借鉴。
Through the analysis of the difficulties of the primary and cognitive differences,the differences in the needs of the hospital volunteer service,this paper disscusses the ways to strengthen and improve the medical social work and voluntary service.According to the medical social work and voluntary service in Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,the practical experience is summed up.Starting with the training of the volunteer spirit of the medical workers,the volunteer recruitment channels are widened,the medical social work and the volunteer service are innovated,and the training,management and assessment of volunteers are strengthened,so as to improve the level of voluntary service in the hospital,to enhance the sense of satisfaction and satisfaction of the patients,and to provide help and reference for the construction of the long-term mechanism of voluntary service for medical institutions.
