牙周基础治疗对老年牙周炎合并2型糖尿病患者的疗效 被引量:5

Clinical Effect of Periodontal Non-surgical Treatment in the Glucose Metabolism for Elderly Periodontitis Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探讨对老年牙周炎合并2型糖尿病患者采取牙周基础治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院接收的62例老年牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者,入院时间为2016年3月—2017年3月,随机分为对照组(n=31,予以常规基础治疗)与观察组(n=31,予以常规基础治疗+牙周基础治疗),观察疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者PD、SBI显著下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,治疗后,观察组血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白水平显著降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年牙周炎合并2型糖尿病患者采取牙周基础治疗,能改善患者牙周状况,同时对血糖控制有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of periodontal therapy treatment in elderly periodontitis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 62 elderly periodontitis patients with T2DM treated from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly assigned to two groups,31 cases in each group.The control group took the conventional therapy;the observation group took the conventional therapy plus periodontal non-surgical treatment.The efficacy was probed.Results After treatment,the PD(probing depth)and SBI(sulcus bleeding index)in the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The periodontal non-surgical treatment can greatly improve the patient’s periodontal conditions and control the blood glucose.
