摘要
目的通过对万古霉素致不良反应文献的病例进行分析,探讨其引起不良反应的表现和原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以"万古霉素"、"不良反应"、"致"等为检索词,检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据库,按纳入与排除标准共筛选出77篇有效文献,对文献中涉及的95例病例报告进行提取、统计、总结分析。结果万古霉素的不良反应主要表现为红人综合征、急性肾功能损害、发热、多种血细胞减少等。结论应规范临床用药并加强患者用药监护,必要时对患者的血药浓度进行监测。
Objective To explore the causes and manifestations of adverse reactions by analyzing the cases of vancomycin induced adverse reactions,so as to provide references for clinical treatment.Methods'Vancomycin','adverse reaction'and'caused by'were used as key words to retrieve articles in CNKI,VIP and WANFANG database.77 literatures which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were extracted.82 cases of ADR in literatures were extracted,analyzed and summarized.Results The adverse reactions of vancomycin were mainly manifested as red man syndrome,acute renal impairment,fever,multiple blood cell loss,etc.Conclusion It is necessary to standardize the clinical medication and strengthen the patient's medication monitoring,and to monitor the blood concentration of patients when necessary.
