摘要
目的研究银杏叶提取物注射液联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑血管病的有效性和安全性,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法在2015年12月~2017年12月来本院心脑血管内科收治的缺血性脑血管病患者中选出168例随机分组—观察组和对照组(每组84例),对照组患者采用神经节苷脂治疗,观察组患者在对照组的用药基础上加用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损状况、不良反应发生率等指标值。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率96.43%高于对照组的86.90%,且观察组患者治疗后的PAL水平、NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率5.95%与对照组的4.76%相比,差异无统计学意义。结论银杏叶提取物注射液与神经节苷脂联合治疗缺血性脑血管效果确切,有助于促进患者神经功能的恢复,且安全性高,具有重要的临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of combination regimen of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Injection and Ganglioside in the treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular disease,and to provide a reference for the clinicians to choose the rational drug use regimen.Methods We selected 168 patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular disease who was treated in Shenyang Kangping People’s Hospital from December 2015 to December,2017 as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,84 cases each group.The patients who only treated with ganglioside were included in the control group,and the patients who were treated with the combination regimen(Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection and Ganglioside)were set up as the observation group.The total effective rate,neurological deficit and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%,higher than that in the control group(86.90%),and the PAL level and NIHSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.95%,there was no significant difference compared with the control group 4.76%.Conclusion The combination therapy of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection and ganglioside is effective in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which helps to promote the recovery of nerve function,and has high safety.It has important clinical application and worth to recommend to be widely used in clinic.
