摘要
在资源开发利用过程中,经常会诱发地质灾害,由此提出浅析矿山地质灾害及其防治措施。从中央国务院到地方政府,相继出台了不少关于地质灾害的解决措施和防治条例。但是在法律制定之前应进行地质环境影响评估,以便事先预防和控制可能发生的地质灾害,或采取保护措施,确保人民生命的安全。以甘肃省某矿山为例,分析矿山地质灾害的成因以及如何对其进行防治措施。
In the process of resource development and utilization,geological disasters are often induced.Based on this,the geological hazards and prevention measures are analyzed.From the Central State Council to the local government,a number of measures and regulations for prevention and control of geological disasters have been promulgated.However,the geological environmental impact assessment should be carried out before the law is made in order to prevent and control the possible geological hazards in advance,or to take protective measures to ensure the safety of the people's lives.Taking a mine in Guangdong Province as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of mine geological disasters and how to prevent and control them.
