湿法炼锌过程中氟氯脱除技术的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国社会发展步伐的日渐加快,对于各类原材料的需求量急剧上升,锌原料即是其中一种。目前,工业炼锌采用的主要技术方法是湿法炼锌,这个过程中由于原料中的氟和氯进入了湿法系统,使得溶液氟、氯离子超标的问题始终困扰着相关工艺的发展,成为难以克服的技术瓶颈。本文就湿法炼锌工艺中氟、氯离子超标的危害性进行了阐述,同时就几种有较好前景的氟氯脱除方法和技术进行介绍,希望能对湿法炼锌工艺的改进提供一些帮助。 with the accelerated pace of social development in China,the demand for all kinds of raw materials has risen sharply,and zinc raw materials are one of them.At present,the main technical method of industrial zinc smelting is zinc hydrometallurgy.In this process,the fluorine and chlorine in the raw materials have entered the wet process system,which makes the problem of the fluoride and chloride ion exceeding the standard of the solution always puzzles the development of the related technology and becomes a difficult technical bottleneck to overcome.In this paper,the harmfulness of the excess of fluoride and chloride in the process of zinc hydrometallurgy is expounded.At the same time,several promising methods and techniques for the removal of fluorine and chlorine are introduced,hoping to provide some help to the improvement of the process of zinc hydrometallurgy.
