摘要
胸腰段骨折是脊柱损伤中常见的骨折,对不伴有神经损伤的胸腰段单节段椎体骨折的治疗,目前没有统一标准。研究者在手术指征、手术入路、内固定方式的选择及减压等问题上均存在争议。本文对不伴有神经损伤的胸腰椎单节段骨折的治疗进展作一综述,以便更好地指导临床工作。
Thoracolumbar fracture is a common fracture in spine injury.However,there is no uniform standard for the treatment of single-segment thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury.There are still some controversies on surgical indications,operative approaches,options of internal fixation,and decompression surgery.Therefore,this article reviews the treatment of singlesegment thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury to better guide the clinical work.
