摘要
目的:总结预防手术室感染的护理综合管理方法和应用效果。方法:收治手术患者400例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予护理综合管理。比较两组住院时间、手术室感染、并发症以及住院费用。结果:研究组住院时间显著短于对照组,住院费用显著少于对照组,产生手术室感染以及并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理综合管理可减少手术室感染率。
Objective:To summarize the nursing comprehensive management method and effect observation to prevent infection in operation room.Methods:400 cases of patients were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given comprehensive nursing management,the hospitalization time,operation room infection,complications and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time of the research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the hospitalization expenses was significantly less than that of the control group,and the incidence of infection and complications in the operation room was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management could reduce the infection rate in operation room.
