单边高强螺栓T型件连接节点试验研究及数值模拟 被引量:7

Experimental Study and Numerical Analysis of T-Stub Connections with Single Direction High Strength Bolts

摘要 通过对单边高强螺栓(STUCK-BOM)T型件连接节点和常规高强螺栓T型件连接节点进行单向静力加载试验和数值模拟研究,研究了单边高强螺栓的破坏模式及抗拉极限承载力,对比了单边高强螺栓与常规高强螺栓力学性能的差异,分析了T型件翼缘板尺寸效应对单边高强螺栓受力性能及T型件节点力学性能的影响.研究表明,单边高强螺栓破坏模式与常规高强螺栓不同,单边高强螺栓因其外套管分肢挤压弯折变形导致螺栓被拔出而破坏失效;单边高强螺栓的抗拉极限承载力与常规高强螺栓基本相同;相较于常规高强螺栓T型件节点,单边高强螺栓T型件节点的抗拉承载力和初始刚度与其基本相同,而塑性变形能力较弱;单边高强螺栓的边距和栓距对单边高强螺栓的抗拉极限承载力影响较小,栓距对T型件节点的抗拉承载力影响较小,而边距对T型件节点的抗拉承载力有一定影响. Through the unidirectional static loading test and numerical analysis of T-stub connections with single direction high strength bolts(STUCK-BOM)and routine high strength bolts,the failure model and ultimate tensile bearing capacity of single direction high strength bolt were studied,the difference of mechanical properties between single direction high strength bolt and routine high strength bolt was compared,the effects of T-stub flange plate size effect on the mechanical properties of single direction high strength bolt and T-stub connections were analyzed.Results shows that the failure model of single direction high strength bolt is different from that of routine high strength bolt.The failure of single direction high strength bolt is due to the pullout of the bolt,which is caused by the extrusion bending deformation of its outer sleeve.The ultimate tensile bearing capacity of single direction high strength bolt and that of routine high strength bolt is basically the same.Compared with T-stub connections with routine high strength bolts,the tensile bearing capacity and initial stiffness of T-stub connections with single direction high strength bolts are basically the same,but the plastic deformation capacity is weaker.Bolt spacing and bolt edge distance have little influence on the ultimate tensile bearing capacity of single direction high strength bolt.Bolt spacing has little effect on the tensile bearing capacity of T-stub connections,but bolt edge distance has a certain influence on the tensile bearing capacity of T-stub connections.
