摘要
应用不同成型方法会使制造出来的聚合物微成型模具有许多差别,因此,针对不同实际用途来进行聚合物微成型模具设计制造的研究得到重视。随着研究的开展,不同成型方法的实际应用方法得到展示,其中对微注射、微热压、微挤出等成型方法进行重点探讨,并分析其在实际项目中的应用。
The use of different molding methods can produce various polymer micro forming moulds.People attach great importance to studying the design and manufacture of polymer micro forming moulds according to different practical uses.With the development of the research,different molding methods get applicated in practice.This paper mainly explores different molding methods such as micro injection,micro hot-press,micro extrusion,etc,and analyses the application in the actual project.
