^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像对胰腺癌的临床诊断效果分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像在胰腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2016年6月至2018年2月在我院进行检查和治疗的56例胰腺病变患者作为研究对象,均行^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像检查,以手术切除组织病理学诊断结果作为金标准,分析该方法对胰腺癌诊断的敏感度、特异度和准确度。结果病理学诊断和^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像诊断分别发现胰腺癌43、45例,胰腺良性病变13、10例。^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像诊断以胰腺癌的敏感度、特异度和准确度分别为97.67%(42/43)、76.92%(10/13)、92.86%(52/56)。结论 ^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像在胰腺癌早期诊断中具有较高的敏感性和准确性,对直径<1 cm的早期胰腺癌仍具有较高的检出率和准确率。
