摘要
针对超临界二氧化碳密度这一影响喷射器性能的重要因素,基于Fluent软件,在不同的超临界二氧化碳密度以及不同的压缩比下,对喷射器进行了三维数值模拟,获得了超临界二氧化碳喷射器的引射量和喷射系数的仿真结果,并对不同压缩比下的引射量和喷射系数曲线进行分析。结果表明,当压缩比不变时,引射量会随着工作介质密度的增大而增加,但喷射系数却会逐渐增加或减小。当密度不变时,随着压缩比的增加,引射量逐渐减小,喷射系数增加效果逐渐减弱。所以应适当调整超临界二氧化碳的密度和压缩比,以达到最佳经济喷射状态。
One of the most important influence factors of ejecting performance for ejector was the density of supercritical carbon dioxide.A three-dimension numerical simulation was conducted to simulate the ejection quantity and entrainment ratio of the supercritical carbon dioxide ejector with different supercritical carbon dioxide densities and various of compression ratio by Fluent.According to the results of the simulation,a comparison of the ejection quantity curves and entrainment ratio was carried out in different compression ratio.The results showed that the ejection quantity in the same compression ratio increased with the increase of the density of working substance,but the entrainment ratio would increase or decrease gradually.The ejection quantity of the supercritical carbon dioxide ejector decreased with the increase of the compression ratio in the same density of supercritical carbon dioxide,and the increase of entrainment ratio gradually diminished.Therefore,the supercritical carbon dioxide density and compression ratio should be adjusted appropriately to achieve the optimal economic ejecting state.
