摘要
椎管内肿瘤指的是在椎管内原发或继发的一类占位性病变,在全部中枢神经系统肿瘤中的发病率为15%,可能造成患者四肢活动功能异常,严重情况下会需要截肢。手术是临床治疗椎管内肿瘤的重要方法,也是唯一有效的方法,通过显微镜的引导将椎管内肿瘤切除能够明显改善患者病情。因为手术部位解剖结构比较复杂,术中会有比较明显出血,增加了手术的难度,也增加了其危险程度。所以必须强调手术基础上的护理配合,护理配合的质量和显微镜下椎管内肿瘤切除术的实施效果存在直接联系。本文具体总结显微镜下椎管内肿瘤患者切除术的护理配合方法。
Refers to the specific spinal canal tumor in vertebral canal in the primary or secondary class of space-occupying lesions,in all the incidence was 15%,of the central nervous system tumors can cause dysfunction of patients with limb activity,severe cases will need amputation.Operation is an important method for clinical treatment of tumor in the spinal canal,and it is the only effective method.The tumor resection can significantly improve the patient's condition through the guidance of the microscope.However,because the anatomical structure of the surgical site is complicated,there will be obvious bleeding in the operation,which increases the difficulty of the operation and increases the risk.Therefore,it is necessary to emphasize the nursing cooperation on the basis of surgery,and the quality of nursing cooperation and the effect of tumor resection under microscope are directly related.In this paper,the nursing cooperation method of tumor resection under microscope is summarized.
