骨水泥分布形态对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折手术效果的影响

摘要 目的 探究骨水泥分布形态对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折手术效果的影响。方法 选取2014年1月至2017年1月该院收治的接受手术治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者92例,根据术后骨水泥分布形态分为甲组(致密型,70例)和乙组(弥散型,22例)。对比两组患者手术前后胸腰椎指标、手术指标、并发症等。结果 两组患者手术前功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、Cobb's角、前缘与后缘高度比等指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者手术后ODI评分均较手术前明显降低,Cobb's角均较手术前明显减小,前缘与后缘高度比均较手术前明显增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者手术后ODI评分、Cobb's角、前缘与后缘高度比等指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲组患者手术时间显著短于乙组,骨水泥渗漏出现率明显低于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者透视次数、骨水泥量、住院时间、并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与弥散型骨水泥分布形态比较,致密型可缩短手术时间、减少骨水泥渗漏。
