摘要
介绍电力机车传动系统的构成,对开关器件功率损耗进行简要分析,通过与传统硅基功率器件在机车变流器应用的对比分析,说明碳化硅(SiC)功率器件在轨道交通领域的应用优势。
This paper introduces the traction system of electric locomotive,briefly analyzes the loss of the power devices,compares with the common Si semiconductor power devices used in the converters on electric locomotive,explicates the advantages of use of SiC power devices in rail transits.
