摘要
目的探究冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的临床效果。方法采用随机抽选法,选取本院收治的隐裂牙牙髓病患者100例(收治时间为2017年1月—2018年1月)作为研究对象。依据双盲法分组原则,将其分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例)。对照组隐裂牙牙髓病患者采取常治疗,观察组实施根管治疗同步冠修复治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率(96.00%)大于对照组(82.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病效果确切,具有较为广阔应用前景。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of crown repair and root canal therapy in the treatment of cracked pulp disease.Methods 100 patients with dental pulp disease(from January 2017 to January 2018)were selected by random selection,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the principle of double blind method.The control group was treated with the root canal therapy.The observation group was treated with root canal therapy.The curative effect was compared with the treatment of synchronous crown.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Crown repair and root canal therapy are effective in the treatment of cracked tooth endodontic disease and have wide application prospects.
