摘要
目的探讨经食管超声心动图(TEE)在小儿室间隔缺损外科手术围术期的应用价值。方法选取在本院心外科手术治疗的40例室间隔缺损(VSD)患儿作为观察组,选取既往手术的VSD患儿40例作为对照组,两组均于术前常规行经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查,此外,观察组于术中进行TEE监测。比较两组的平均手术时间、平均体外循环时间、术后监护室(ICU)停留时间以及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的平均手术时间、平均体外循环时间、ICU停留时间均显著少于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD术中应用TEE监测,可清晰显示心脏结构,缩短体外循环时间,降低术后并发症发生率,临床效果确切,值得推广应用。
Objective To summarize the value of trans-esophageal echocardiography(TEE)in the perioperative period of ventricular septal defect in children.Methods 40 children with ventricular septal defect(VSD)treated by cardiac surgery in our hospital were selected as experimental group.40 cases of VSD children with previous operation as control group.All the two groups were examined by conventional transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)before operation.In addition,the experimental group performed TEE monitoring during the operation.The average operation time,average cardiopulmonary bypass time,residence time of the postoperative monitoring room(ICU)and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The average operative time,average cardiopulmonary bypass time and ICU residence time in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TEE monitoring during VSD can clearly display the cardiac structure,shorten the cardiopulmonary bypass time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and have definite clinical effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
