摘要
目的:分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死疾病的效果。方法:选取我院2016年4月—2017年5月收治的80例脑梗死疾病患者,以随机数表法分成观察组与对照组各40例。对照组患者接受单纯西医治疗;观察组患者接受中西医结合治疗。对比两组神经功能缺损评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(t=5.157,P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.501,P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑梗死疾病的效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cerebral infarction.Methods:Eighty patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by using random number table.Patients in the control group received only western medicine treatment;patients in the observation group received integrative Chinese and western medicine treatment.The neurological deficit scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=5.157,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese and western medicine was effective in the treatment of cerebral infarctio and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
