摘要
通过梳理我国中国学校体育发展面临的当下困境、潜在困境和困境根源,当下困境包括出怕出事、难双全、缺医务三个方面,潜在困境包括考核制度不严、体测改革不畅、终生体育难实现,困境根源在于"中庸文化"和"应试制度"。通过对学校体育发展的当下困境、潜在困境和困境根源三个层次的分析,提出保护学校利益和加强舆论引导、确立体测前先体检制度、体育课也应明确布置作业三条针对性对策。
This paper has combed the current predicament,the latent predicament and the predicament root which the Chinese school sports development faces in our country.The present dilemma includes fear of accident,hard perfection of two aspects and lack of medical matters.The potential dilemma includes non-rigorous assessment system,non-unblocked reform of the body test and the difficult realization of lifelong sports.The dilemma is rooted in“the doctrine of the mean culture”and“examination system.”By analyzing the current predicament,the potential predicament and the root of the dilemma in the development of school physical education,the study proposes three specific measures,including the protection of school interests and the strengthening of the public opinion guidance,the establishment of physical examination system before body test and the definite arrangement of PE homework.
