摘要
目的:针对新形势下医学工程部门面临的难题,建立一套可行、全面的维修维护管理模式。方法:通过完善科室人才梯队和管理模式,借鉴第三方外包服务公司的发展模式,建立类似于第三方外包服务公司的团队,适时承包部分中小医院或社区卫生院医疗设备的维修维护。结果:通过对维修维护管理模式的完善和改变,增强了科室凝聚力、扩大了学术影响力,医院领导对医学工程部门更加重视。结论:建立一套适合医院医学工程部门发展的维修维护管理新模式对医学工程学科发展意义重大。
Objective To establish a set of feasible and complete repair and maintenance management mode in the medical equipment department of the hospital.Methods A team like the third-party outsourcing service company was established by improving talent echelon and management mode in the department and drawing lessons form the company,which could undertake the business from medium-or small-scale hospital or community health center when it became mature.Results The improved management mode in the medical engineering department enhanced department cohesiveness,academic impact and hospital director′s emphasis.Conclusion A set of repair and maintenance management mode is of great significance for the development of medical engineering department in the hospital.
