摘要
利用离子交换法制备了Ce改性的Ce-HY-SBA-15,并对吸附剂进行XRD,N2吸附-脱附,SEM,TEM,Py-IR和TG-DTG表征,考察了吸附剂的孔结构和表面酸性对吸附脱氮的影响。表征结果显示Ce-HY-SBA-15复合分子筛具有微孔-介孔的双重孔道分布,吸附剂表面的B酸的影响较弱,而L酸的酸量是影响吸附脱氮性能的重要因素。在空速1h-1,吸附时间为3h,吸附温度为60℃,吸附剂为Ce-HY-SBA-15,最佳脱氮率为89.35%。
Ce-modified HY-SBA-15 was synthesized by ionic exchange method,Ce-HY-SBA-15 were characterized by means of XRD,N 2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,TEM,Py-IR and TG-DTG.The effects of pore structure and surface acidity on the adsorption of denitrification were investigated.The characterization results showed that Ce-HY-SBA-15 composite molecular sieve had core-shell structure.The effect of B acid on the surface of the adsorbent was weak,and the acid amount of L acid had an important factor affecting on the adsorption denitrification performance.At the space velocity of 1h-1,the adsorption time of 3h,the adsorption temperature of 60℃,using Ce-HY-SBA-15 as adsorbent,the optimum denitrification rate can reach to 89.35%.
