摘要
针对单层厂房防火系统的特点及防火系统改造存在的问题,从结构空间变换、法规修订、建筑使用功能重置、政策性保护4类冲突出发,运用调查研究、数理统计、案例分析等方法研究单层厂房的防火系统改造。提出科学确定耐火等级、三维划分防火分区、重视楼梯的功能性设计、完善市政配套设施等措施,使原有防火系统改造后既可满足新需求,又可最大程度地保证建筑物的防火性能,为单层厂房的防火改造提供参考。
According to the features and problems of fire protection systems renovation projects in single-storey industrial buildings,four aspects of the conflicts caused by structural transformation,regulation revision,building function resetting,policy protection were discussed.The methods of investigation,mathematical statistics and case analysis were used to study the fire protection system in single-storey industrial buildings renovation.Measures like determining the fireproof endurance rating scientifically,3D dividing fire compartment,emphasizing on the functional design stairs,and improving fire municipal facilities were put forward,so that it can meet the new requirements,but also can have the fire protection property furthest.It can be reference for the fire protection renovation of single-storey factory buildings.
