拖曳扭矩测试在变速器工厂DCT EOL中的应用

The application of Drag torque test during DCT end of line in Transmission Factory

摘要 DCT变速箱在运转时,因为传动系摩擦、搅油、打滑等,会产生动力损失。文章通过对DCT动力损失的分析,提出变速箱拖曳扭矩的组成,分析对其测试影响的6大因素,设计其测试和评价方法,完成变速器工厂DCT EOL拖曳扭矩的测试及判定。 When the DCT gearbox is running,the power loss will be caused by friction,oil churning and slipping.In this article,firstly it analyzed the power loss of DCT,gave the composition of the drag torque and 6 factors affecting the drag torque test,then it designed the drag torque test and evaluation methods,lastly it realized the drag torque test and the evaluation of test result during DCT EOL in the transmission factory.
