Optimization on transportation routes of dangerous chemicals under different spatial scales

摘要 为了解决化工园区危化品运输路径优化问题,研究了化工"园区间"与"园区内"2种空间尺度下危化品运输的影响因素差异性,提出以最小化运输阻抗、最小化运输风险和最小化风险敏感度为优化目标的不同空间尺度下危化品运输路径优化模型。通过目标量化确定每条路径上的目标值,将标准化后的目标值引入到Dijkstra算法和集成目标函数最优折衷路径的扩展标号法中,对危化品运输多目标优化模型进行求解。研究结果表明:不同空间尺度下的危化品运输最优路径不同,应根据危化品运输的实际情况对运输路径进行选择。最后,以平顶山某化工园区的抽象路网为例对优化模型进行验证。 In order to solve the route optimization problem of dangerous chemicals transportation in the chemical industry park,the difference of influencing factors for the dangerous chemicals transportation under two types of spatial scale including"between the chemical industry parks"and"in the chemical industry park"was studied,and a route optimization model of dangerous chemicals transportation under different spatial scales was put forward,which took the minimum transportation impedance,transportation risk and transportation risk sensitivity as the optimization objectives.The objective values of each route were determined through the objective quantification,and the standardized objective values were introduced into the Dijkstra algorithm and the extended label method of the optimal compromise path of the integrating objective function,then the multi-objective optimization model of dangerous chemicals transportation was solved.The results showed that the optimal routes of dangerous chemicals transportation under different spatial scales were different,and the transportation route should be chosen according to the actual situation of dangerous chemicals transportation.Finally,the optimization model was verified by taking the abstract road network of a chemical industry park in Pingdingshan as an example.
