致密油藏水平井重复压裂多级选井方法研究 被引量:20

Multi-stage Well Selection for Refracturing Operations in Horizontal Wells for Tight Oil Reservoir Development

摘要 影响水平井重复压裂选井的因素众多且关系复杂,明确影响水平井重复压裂选井的关键因素和优选重复压裂井尤为重要。将灰色关联分析法与模糊聚类方法相结合,建立多层次评价模型,定量计算影响因素的权重系数和储层综合评价因子,通过拐点法确定储层分类的阈值。在此基础之上,提出了理想重复压裂井的概念,巧妙地将体积压裂水平井特有的储层物性参数、初次完井参数和生产动态参数相结合,计算候选井与理想重复压裂井的相对欧氏距离,对水平井重复压裂增产潜力优先级排序和等级划分,形成了重复压裂选井的新方法。研究结果表明:含油砂岩长度对致密油藏水平井体积压裂效果影响最大,其次为压裂簇数和压裂段数,储层改造体积为主控因素;相对欧氏距离越小,越具有重复压裂增产潜力,大幅度提高了重复压裂选井的效率和准确性。该研究对水平井重复压裂优化设计具有重要的指导意义。 There are multiple factors that may affect selection of horizontal wells for refracturing operations.In addition,there are complicated relationships among these factors.Under such circumstances,it is very important to identify key factors that may affect selection of horizontal wells for refracturing operations to highlight optimal wells for such refracturing operations.Grey correlation analysis techniques were combined with fuzzy clustering method to construct multiple-level assessment model to quantitatively calculate weights of influencing factors and comprehensive assessment factors for reservoirs.Eventually,the inflected point method can be deployed to reveal threshold values for classification of reservoir formations.In addition,the concept of ideal refracturing well has been proposed.Through combination of specific physical properties of horizontal wells with SRV with preliminary completion parameters and production performances,the relative Euclidean distance between candidate wells and ideal refracturing well can be determined.In this way,horizontal wells with refracturing operations can be organized in accordance with EOR potentials.Research results show lengths of oil-bearing sandstone formations have the most significant impact on performances of horizontal wells with SRV operations in tight oil reservoirs.Secondary control factors include the number of fracturing clusters,stages and stimulated volumes;Generally speaking,lower relative Euclidean distances may induce higher EOR potentials of refracturing operations.These techniques can significantly enhance efficiencies and accuracy of well selection for refracturing operations.Relevant researches may provide valuable guidance for optimized design of refracturing operations in horizontal wells.
