非严格递增作业速度的斗链装配线自平衡特性 被引量:1

摘要 为解决标准斗链模型中约束条件"员工作业速度严格递增排列"在实际生产中难以实现的问题,释放标准斗链模型的约束条件,对作业速度非严格递增的斗链装配线进行了建模分析及数值仿真研究;分析了其平衡点特性及向自平衡状态收敛的能力,提出非严格递增作业速度斗链装配线的平衡点存在定理;在此基础上给出同质员工斗链装配线的运行规则,并通过对生产实例的Witness仿真验证了其有效性。 To solve the problem that the constraints for bucket brigades research which included heterogeneous staff and strict increasing order of work speeds was difficult to realize in actual production,the normative bucket brigades constraint conditions were released to analyze the modeling and numerical simulation of bucket brigades assembly line with non-strictly increasing work speeds.The balance points and converging character were analyzed,and an existence theorem of the balance points was developed.A new rule of bucket brigades assembly line with equal work speed was created.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by Witness simulation.
