摘要
目的研究丹参片治疗高龄冠心病患者介入支架植入术后心绞痛缓解的疗效。方法选择本院于2016年7月~2017年4月间收治的82例高龄冠心病患者,所有患者均接受介入支架治疗,将此82例患者按照用药方法不同划分为观察组与对照组,各41例,为观察组患者提供丹参片治疗,为对照组患者提供常规西药治疗,评估两组患者心绞痛症状缓解、治疗起效、症状改善、(心肌缺血总负荷)TIB水平。结果观察组患者用药后心绞痛治疗显效率为14例(34.15%),优于对照组6例(14.63%)(c2=10.331,P=0.001);观察组无效率为7例(17.07%),低于对照组19例(46.34%)(c2=19.783,P=0.000)。观察组患者治疗起效用时、症状改善用时均优于对照组(t=10.129、28.986,P<0.05);两组患者用药前(心肌缺血总负荷)TIB水平结果比较无统计学意义(t=0.019,P=0.985);治疗后观察组患者TIB水平优于对照组(t=4.926,P<0.05)。结论为高龄冠心病介入术后患者提供丹参片维持治疗,可较好改善患者心绞痛表现,缩短症状改善、降低心肌缺血总负荷TIB水平。
Objective To study the efficacy of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Tablets in the relief ofangina pectoris after the stent implantation.Methods 82 elderlycoronary atherosclerotic heart diseasepatients undergoing the stent implantation from July 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were assigned to observation group and control group according to the different medication methods,41 cases each group.Patients took the Salvia Miltiorrhiza Tablets or conventional western medicine,respectively.The relief rate of angina pectoris,onset time,symptom improvement time and TIB(total ischemia burden)levels were evaluated.Results The remarkably effective rate in the observation group(34.15%,14 cases)was significantly higher than control group(14.63%,6 cases)(c2=10.331,P=0.001);the invalid rate in the observation group(17.07%,7 cases)was significantly lower than control group(46.34%,19 cases)(c2=19.783,P=0.000);the onset time and symptom improvement time in the observation group was significantly better than control group(t=10.129,28.986,P<0.05);before treatment,there were no significant between-group difference in the TIB levels(t=0.019,P=0.985);after treatment,the TIB levels in the observation group were better than control group(t=4.926,P<0.05).Conclu?sion The Salvia Miltiorrhiza Tablets can better relieve the angina pectoris,shorten the symptom improvement time and reduce the TIB levels.
