摘要
为进一步明确猕猴桃主要品种(系)及近缘野生种的倍性水平差异,为猕猴桃倍性育种奠定理论基础,实现猕猴桃高产优质。以项目组前期收集的88个不同品种(系)及近缘野生种猕猴桃为试验材料测定其倍性水平。研究结果表明,供试的猕猴桃主要品种(系)及近缘野生种的倍性水平存在一定程度的差异,其中供试的52份中华猕猴桃中2X占40.38%,3X占1.92%,4X占55.77%,6X占1.92%;供试的10份美味猕猴桃中4X占20.00%,6X占80.00%,未发现2X、4X;供试的25份毛花猕猴桃均为2X;供试的1份软枣猕猴桃为6X。其中,中华猕猴桃的倍性变异系数最大,达32.71%;其次是美味猕猴桃为15.06%,毛花猕猴桃变异系数为0%。
In order to further clarify the ploidy level in main Actinidia varieties and wild relatives,lay the theoretical basis of Actinidia ploidy breeding,achieve high yield and quality of Actinidia,88 varieties of Actinidia were collected from the early stage of this project as experimental materials and their ploidy level were measured.The experimental results showed that 2x in the tested 52 samples of A.chinensis accounted for 40.38%,3x accounted for 1.92%,4x accounted for 55.77%,6x accounted for 1.92%;4x in the10 samples of A.deliciosa accounted for 20%,6x accounted for 80%,2x and 4x were not found;the 25 samples of A.eriantha were 2x;1 samples tested for A.arguta 6x.The CV of A.chinensis was the highest,up to 32.71%,followed by 15.06%of the A.deliciosa,and the CV of A.eriantha was 0%.
