摘要
针对传统气体分析仪存在测量精确度低、检测气体单一等缺点,设计了基于STM32的多气体分析仪。该仪器把多种传感器相结合,可准确快速地检测出多种气体混合情况下各个分组气体的浓度值,并通过串口通信的方式把数据结果发送到上位机上实时显示。实验数据表明,该分析仪测量结果在行业要求误差(±5%)范围内,达到了预期的设计要求。
Aiming at the shortcoming of low accuracy and single detection of gas in traditional gas analyzer,a multi?gas ana?lyzer based on STM32 was designed.The combination of a variety of sensors,the system can accurately detect a variety of mixed cases each group gas density,and the data by means of serial communication,the results sent to the upper machine real?time dis?play.The experimental data show that the multi?gas analyzer measurement results within the industry requirements of error(±5%)range,to achieve the desired design requirements
