摘要
高耗能产业在长江经济带工业体系中占据较大比重,采用产业集聚指数评估长江经济带高耗能产业集聚水平,采用计量分析方法验证长江经济带高耗能产业集聚水平的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:长江经济带高耗能产业整体集聚趋势明显,各细分行业集聚趋势存在差异;高耗能产业动态集聚水平的省际差异变化趋势尚不明显;资源禀赋、基础设施、人力资源与高耗能产业动态集聚水平呈正向相关关系,环境规制、财政政策对高耗能产业动态集聚水平有负向抑制作用。促进长江经济带高耗能产业绿色转型发展,应重点优化产业空间布局、严控产业污染转移、加强绿色制造人才队伍建设。
High energy-consuming industries occupy a large proportion in the industrial system of the Yangtze River economic belt.The industrial agglomeration index is used to evaluate the agglomeration level of high energy-consuming industries in the Yangtze River economic belt.The main influencing factors of agglomeration of high-energy-consuming industries in the Yangtze River economic belt are verified by econometric methods.The results show that there is a clear trend of high concentration of energy-intensive industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and a trend of concentration in subindustries.The trend of provincial differences in dynamic agglomeration of high-energy-consuming industries is not yet clear.Resources endowments,infrastructure,human resources and the level of dynamic agglomeration of high energy-consuming industries is positively correlated,and environmental regulation and fiscal policies have a negative inhibitory effect on the dynamic agglomeration of high-energy-consuming industries.In order to promote the green transformation and development of the high-energy-consuming industries in the Yangtze River economic belt,we should focus on optimizing the spatial layout of industries,strictly controlling the transfer of industrial pollution and strengthening the contingent of green manufacturing professionals.
