摘要
个体时空行为是交通、城市规划等领域关注的热点,而时空数据的缺乏往往制约着相关研究的发展。该文采用设备成本更低的智能手机APP结合活动日志调查进行个体行为时空数据收集。针对相应的数据特点,设计了基于不等时间间隔的定位数据和活动日志数据的管理方案,并通过在北京为期一周的数据采集实验进行了实践。最后对比了传统活动日志调查与该文方法采集数据生成轨迹的差异,具体展现了后者在数据准确度和信息量上的提升。该研究为交通规划、疾病传播、健康风险、犯罪监控等关注个体出行的微观领域提供了一个更容易实现的数据采集方案,为其数据管理研究提供了一定的实践经验。
Individual space-time behavior is a hot research topic in several fields such as transport and city planning.But the scarcity of space-time data often becomes a limiting factor.As information and communication technologies(ICT)develop rapidly,GPS and LBS have been used in collecting space-time data,with higher accuracy and lower cost compared with traditional activity diaries.In this paper,we have explored a method using a commonly-used APP on smartphones and activity diaries to collect data.We present an approach to process space-time data with unequal time intervals from smartphones.It includes separating stay-at and travel-between activities and getting rid of outliers by extracting stay points through combination of track data and activity diaries.This approach has been successfully adopted in a 7-day survey conducted in Beijing,2017.As we have two types of data,a comparison between the visualized paths from two methods is made.One uses only traditional activity diaries,while the other combines diaries with accurate space-time data from smartphones.It demonstrates concretely that the method using accurate space-time data provides more information of a person′s activity with higher accuracy.The method combining activity diaries and space-time data can be useful in applications involving heavily individual mobility,such as transport planning,spread of infectious diseases,health risk and crime tracking.This study provides a new data collection method which is more affordable for high-quality space-time data and offers practical strategies in related data management.
