摘要
水处理是实际生活中重要的一部分,水厂对水处理的环节中,矾液搅拌系统是对原水净化的重要环节之一,本文对搅拌系统中PLC进行具体研究,通过工艺流程改进,控制方法优化,以及PLC程序的编写,达到矾夜自动混合控制,传感器自感液位信号达到自动循环效果。
Water treatment is an important part of real life.In the process of water treatment,the alum mixing system is one of the important links of raw water purification.In this paper,the PLC is studied in detail in the mixing system.Through the process improvement,the control method optimization,and the preparation of PLC programs achieves automatic control of alum night,the self-sense level signal of sensor it achieves automatic loop effect.
