摘要
利用光学显微镜、显微测温、XRD、ICP、EPMA和Raman等手段对安徽某地石英矿进行了系统的研究,结果表明:原矿SiO_2含量99.7454%,杂质元素主要是铝、铁、钾,氧化物含量分别为0.1549%,0.0255%,0.0323%,铝、铁、钾等杂质元素主要赋存在白云母和铁染的粘土等脉石矿物中;石英内可见少量矿物包裹体(白云母),大量的流体包裹体。流体包裹体分为气相(CO_2为主)、液相(H_2O为主)和气液两相(气相CO_2,液相H_2O)三种,均一温度为352~115.7℃,主要集中在240~140℃,冰点为-9.5^-0.3℃,对应盐度为13.40wt%~0.53wt%NaCl,盐度主要集中在12.85wt%~7.86wt%NaCl和4.96wt%~0wt%NaCl两个区域。该石英矿通过降低Al2O3和Fe_2O_3含量可作为超白石英砂原料应用,对其进一步脱除杂质元素和流体包裹体,可制备出更高级别高纯石英砂,在特殊玻璃工业的应用中具有重大意义。
The ore in Anhui Province were systematically studied by means of optical microscope,XRD,ICP,EPMA,micro-temperature measurement and Raman spectroscopy.The results showed that the content of Si0 2 was 99.7454%,and the impurity elements were mainly aluminum,iron and potassium,and the oxide contents were 0.1549%,0.025 5%and 0.0323%.Aluminum,iron,potassium and other impurity elements are mainly present in muscovite and iron-bound clay and other gangue minerals;A large number of fluid inclusions and a small amount of mineral inclusions(muscovite)was visible in quartz ore.The fluid inclusions can be divided into gas phase(H20 or C02),liquid phase(H2 0 or C02)and gas-liquid two-phase(gas C02,liquid H20).The homogeneous temperature of the fluid inclusions was 352-115.7℃,which mainly concentrated in 240-140℃,the freezing point was-9.5--0.3 Tl,and the corresponding salinity was 13.40wt%-0.53wt%NaCl,and 12.85wt%-7.86wt%NaCl and 4.96wt%-0wt%NaCl were the two main concentrations of salinity.The quartz ore can be used as raw material of super white quartz sand by reducing the content of A1203 and Fe203,and it can be prepared into a higher level of high purity quartz sand with further removing impurity elements and fluid inclusions,which has great significance in the application of special glass industry.
