摘要
目的:调研江苏省三级医院管理人员对患者安全文化的认知现状,为医院管理者提供政策建议。方法:采用现场问卷调查,计算正向应答率,明确患者安全文化优势领域和待改进领域。结果:管理者促进安全的期望与行动、组织学习与持续改进、科室内合作、差错的反馈与沟通、管理者支持患者安全5个维度为患者安全优势领域,差错的非惩罚性原则、人员配置、事件报告频率3个维度为患者安全待改进领域。结论:患者安全文化虽逐渐推广普及,但不同维度间差异明显,关键环节仍薄弱,要转变管理理念,建设系统的患者安全文化。
Objectives:To investigate the status quo of cognition about patient safety culture among administrators in 78 tertiary hospital of Jiangsu Province and provide policy suggestions for hospital administrators.Methods:Questionnaire survey was conducted to calculate the positive response rate and identify the advantage and disadvantage areas.Result's:Supervisor/manager expectations&actions promoting safety,organizational learning-continuous improvement,teamwork among different departments,feedback and communication about error and hospital management support for patient safety are belong to the advantage areas.Staffing,non-punitive error response and number of events reported are classified to areas to be improved of patient safety culture.Conclusions:The patient safety culture is gradually popularized but with obvious gaps among different dimensions.The key links of patient safety culture are still weak.It is necessary to change the concept of management to build a systematic patient safety culture.
