摘要
目的:让患者在预约时就能找到对症专家,让患者在预约后就能知道精准的看诊时间。通过精确的就医时间降低医院无效人流量,降低无谓的医疗资源消耗,保障良好的就医秩序。方法:以历史挂号数据为分析研究对象,利用大数据分析,开发精确的患者就诊时间算法,并督促患者准时就诊。结果:优化的算法能保证预约时间的误差很小,患者只需要准时达到即可快速就诊,候诊和就诊都能保持有序的状态,医生效率和患者就医体验都能得到有效提高。结论:通过数据的分析“对症下药”,为精准医疗提供支撑;通过对运用过程累计的大量数据进行分析,挖掘服务潜能,充分利用医疗资源,提升服务能力。
Object:Patients can find property experts when they make an appointment and then know the precise time to see the doctor.The accurate medical time can reduce a large stream of people and reduce the unnecessary consumption of medical resources and ensure a good medical environment.Methods:Analyzed the historical data,we developed accurate time algorithm of patient visit by using big data,and keep patients on time Results:The optimized algorithm can guarantee the error of the reservation time is very small.The patient only needs to arrive on time to see the doctor quickly.Both waiting and seeing patients can maintain an orderly state.Both doctors’efficiency and patient experience can be improved effectively.Conclusion:Through the analysis of data find the key point and then using the big data analysis make full use of medical resources and provide the quality medical service.
