摘要
为快速而准确地估算出客车骨架屈服后的结构应力,本文中提出一种基于修正函数的客车骨架接头非线性应力快速计算方法。通过仿真和试验验证了非线性分析方法模拟材料失效的有效性;在3种典型计算工况下分别利用线性和非线性方法对一款典型的客车结构进行分析,用壳单元模拟3种典型接头结构并选取足够采样点,建立线性应力值与比例系数之间的近似函数关系,进而得到非线性应力的修正函数;选取另外一款典型客车进行分析,验证了所提出方法的有效性。
To quickly and accurately estimate the post-yield structural stress of bus skeleton,a rapid calculation method for the non-linear stress of bus skeleton joints based on correction function is proposed in this paper.Simulation and test verify the effectiveness of nonlinear analysis method in simulating material failure.Both linear and nonlinear methods are used respectively to analyze a typical bus structure with three typical conditions,three typical joint structures are simulated by shell elements with adequate sample points selected,and the approximate function relationship between linear stress value and stress ratio is established with the correction function of nonlinear stress obtained.Finally the structures of another typical bus are analyzed,verifying the effectiveness of the method proposed.
