摘要
水质监测传感器可在水下进行水温、水压、水质、水体PH等各项指标检测,而水中的浮游动物、浮游植物、水藻、泥沙、油脂等物质极易污染传感器测头,导致测头灵敏度降低。鉴于传感器表面海洋附着物对传感器各种参数的重要影响,本文对超声波自动清洗传感器进行了结构设计和原理分析,为实际装置制作提供理论依据和结构参考,从而提高水下传感器的灵敏度与精确度,延长水下传感器的使用寿命,减少水下传感器的维护费用,降低人工清洗水下传感器时的安全风险。
The water quality monitoring sensor can detect temperature,pressure,quality and PH of water,while the zooplankton,phytoplankton,algae,sediment,grease and other substances in the water can easily contaminate the sensor probe,resulting in the decrease of the sensitivity of the probe.Regarding important impact on sensor parameters due to marine attachments on the sensor surface,principle analysis and structure design on the ultrasonic cleaning sensor are propose in this paper.The innovative design improve the sensitivity and accuracy of underwater sensors,to extend service life of underwater sensors,reduce their maintenance cost,and avoid the safety risk of manual cleaning.
