摘要
以石墨碳毡(GF)为阳极,采用阳极氧化法对模拟染料废水——亚甲基蓝(MB)、结晶紫(CV)和罗丹明B(RhB)进行降解,分别考察外加电压、初始pH、染料初始质量浓度与电解质类型对染料降解效果的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X线光电子能谱(XPS)对石墨碳毡的表面形貌与官能团进行分析。结果表明:石墨碳毡是由碳微丝交织而成的三维材料,存在含氧官能团和不饱和键,对有机染料具有较好的去除效果;常温常压下,外加电压为1.4V、初始pH为3,染料的初始质量浓度为25mg/L,电解质为Na2SO4时,染料的降解效果最优。石墨碳毡可以在较大的质量浓度范围与较宽泛的pH条件下阳极氧化降解染料,电压越高,染料的降解效果越好,但过高的电压将导致碳腐蚀。
Methylene blue(MB),crystal violet(CV)and rhodamine B(RhB),all of which served as target dye wastewater,were chosen to be degraded respectively with anodic oxidation method at graphite felt(GF)anode.The impact of external voltages,pH values,initial dye concentrations and types of the electrolyte were investigated.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to analyze the surface morphology and functional group of GF electrode.It turns out that,GF is a three-dimensional material composed of interwoven carbon microfilaments with oxygen-containing functional groups and unsaturated bonds,which shows favorable degradation effect.At normal temperature and atmospheric pressure,the degradation effect of dyes go best when the voltage is 1.4 V,the pH value is 3,the initial concentration is 25 mg/L and the electrolyte is Na 2SO 4.The anodic oxidation method at GF anode could be applied within a wide range of dye concentrations and pH values.With the increase of voltage,the degradation effect of dyes goes better,while GF might suffer from carbon corrosion because of high voltage.
