摘要
为推动《教育部关于进一步加强普通高校高水平运动队建设的实施意见》的进一步贯彻落实,运用文献资料法,通过查找对比近30年有关高校高水平运动队的政策文件,研读100多篇相关学术论文,对当前各省教育行政部门和有关高校加强高水平运动队建设的若干问题进行探讨。提出:首先要充分了解加强高校高水平运动队建设的背景;其次必须要明确高校高水平运动队的目标定位;第三要严格控制高水平运动队规模,不断优化项目布局;第四要加快高校高水平运动队内涵建设,提高办队综合效益;第五要积极推行高校高水平运动队联赛制度,强化日常监管。
In order to further implement the requirement of the Ministry of Education on further strengthening the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,using the literature review method,through searching and comparing the policy documents about the high-level sports teams in the past 30 years,more than 100 relevant academic papers are read and studied.Some problems related to strengthening the construction of high-level sports teams are discussed.First,we should fully understand the background of strengthening the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities;secondly,we must make clear the target orientation of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities;thirdly,it is necessary to strictly control the scale of the high-level sports teams and optimize the layout of the projects;fourthly,it is essential to speed up the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities and to improve the comprehensive efficiency of the team;and fifthly,we should implement the league system of high-level sports teams and strengthen daily supervision.
