摘要
如何培养适应全球化进程、具备全球胜任力的人才,是高职院校面临的课题之一。苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校借助学校现有的国际合作交流项目,在学生全球胜任力培育中,从构建多层次、多元化国际交流平台及营造开放的国际化校园环境,培育世界公民意识方面做出了实践与探究。
It is one of the research subjects for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents with global competency to adapt to the globalization process.By means of the present international cooperation and exchange programs in the college,Suzhou Higher Vocational and Technical College of Tourism and Finance has carried out some practice and exploration on the cultivation of the students’global competency from the aspects of constructing multiple-level and diversified international exchange platform,creating an open international campus environment and nurturing the awareness of global citizenship.
