摘要
在转运系统中根据曲线落煤管的母线方程得出影响出口处煤流速度的主要结构参数。建立曲线落煤管内部煤流的动力模型,基于离散单元法,利用EDEM软件研究部分系统参数与曲线落煤管结构参数对落煤管出口处煤流沿输送带方向分速度与垂直于输送带方向分速度的影响。研究表明:改变曲线落煤管的高度、中心距和出口角度直接影响了曲线落煤管中煤流的速度;通过对3个参数的综合调节,可以使曲线落煤管出口处煤流的速度控制在目标值,降低因煤流与输送带的相对运动产生的皮带磨损和扬尘现象。
In transfer system,the main structure parameters which affect the coal flow velocity at outlet of the curve coal chute have been obtained according to the generatrix equation of cure coal chute.Dynamic models of the coal flow velocity inside curve coal chute were established,based on the discrete element method,Discrete Element Model(EDEM)software was utilized to study the influence of parts of the system parameters and the structure parameters of the curve coal chute on the horizontal and vertical coal flow velocity at the outlet of curve coal chute.Study results show that the variation of the height,center distance and the angle at the outlet of the curve coal chute influences directly on coal flow velocity of curved coal chute.By adjusting the above three parameters,the coal flow velocity at the outlet of curve coal chute can be controlled to the target value,therefore the phenomenon of belt abrasion and dust emission caused by the relative moment between the coal flow and the transfer belt is reduced.
