摘要 以煤矿通风机电设备为例,结合某煤矿变频节能系统的构建实例,分析了通风设备变频节能设计目标与整体设计,探讨了煤矿通风机电变频节能系统的具体设计。通过变频节能技术的应用,取得显著的节能效果,同时还降低电机设备启动过程中电流冲击。 Taking the mechanical and electrical equipment of coal mine as an example,combined with the construction of a coal mine frequency conversion energy-saving system,the design objectives and overall design of frequency conversion energy-saving ventilation equipment were analyzed.The design of frequency conversion and energy saving system for coal mine ventilation was discussed.Through the application of frequency conversion energy-saving technology,remarkable energy-saving effect was achieved,and the current impact in the starting process of motor equipment was reduced.
